Section 19.36.3.10 - PENALTY

Any person violating the provisions of 19.36.3.8 NMAC is guilty of a petty misdemeanor and will be subject to penalties provided in Section 31-19-1, New Mexico Statutes Annotated, 1978 Compilation.
