Hearings held under this rule shall be conducted in Santa Fe county or Bernalillo county, New Mexico. Under exigent circumstances, and at the discretion of the hearing officer, the hearing may be held in another county in New Mexico. Hearings may be conducted in person, via video conference, telephone or other equivalent electronic method with the approval of the hearing officer. Witnesses may appear in person, via video conference, telephone or other equivalent electronic method.
