Section 19.10.12.1203 - FORM OF FINANCIAL ASSURANCE

A. The director may accept the following forms of financial assurance:

(1) cash;

(2) trusts;

(3) surety bonds;

(4) letters of credit;

(5) collateral bonds;

(6) third party guarantees;

(7) insurance; or

(8) a combination of any of the above.

B. The director shall not accept any type or variety of self-guarantee or self-insurance for the required financial assurance.
