To create a rule as pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 67-3-59.1, NMSA 1978, Section 67-3-59.2, and NMSA 1978, Section 67-3-59.3 which identifies funding share and sliding scale of funding share for two projects: (1) the Rio Bravo boulevard extension and interchange construction to access Mesa del Sol in the city of Albuquerque and Bernalillo county; and (2) the reconstruction of an interchange at Interstate 40 and West Central Avenue in the city of Albuquerque and Bernalillo county. The sliding scale is based on the local entity's ability to pay a portion of the project from local resources.
