Section 16.8.12.12 - PROCEEDINGS AGAINST APPLICANT OR LICENSEEA. All disciplinary proceedings will be conducted in accordance with the Uniform Licensing Act, Section 61-1-1 et seq., NMSA 1978.B. Licensees who have been found culpable and sanctioned by the division shall be responsible for the payments of all costs of the disciplinary proceedings.N.M. Admin. Code § 16.8.12.12
