Section 16.61.24.10 - COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW Brokers shall comply with applicable local, state and federal laws and ordinances concerning managing and leasing, and maintaining property for others, including but not limited to the following:
A. Federal fair housing lawB. New Mexico Uniform Owner-resident Relations ActC. Federal lead-based paint regulations, including provisions of the federal Environmental Protection Agency's lead-based paint renovation, repair and painting ruleD. Construction Industries Licensing Act (CILA NMSA Chapter 60 Article 13), The Manufactured Housing Act (MHA NMSA chapter 60 Article 14), and the LPG and CNG Act (NMSA chapter 70 Article 5). N.M.
