Section 16.5.57.12 - NOTIFICATION

In addition to the notice of procedures set forth in the State Rules Act Chapter 14, Article 4, NMSA 1978, the board shall separetely notify the following persons of the Pain Relief Act and Part 57 of the New Mexico dental board rule;

A. health care practitioner's under its jurisdiction; and

B. a health care practitioner being investigated by the board in relation to the practioner's pain management services.
