Section 15.8.3.16 - APPLICATION FEES AND RENEWAL FEES

A.Manufacturer license application fees are as follows:

(1) Application fee for each licensed location: $750;

(2)Renewal fee for each licensed location: $400;

B.Distributor license application fees are as follows:

(1) Application fee for each licensed location: $750;

(2)Renewal fee for each licensed location: $400;

C.Retailer license application fees are as follows:

(1) Application fee for each licensed location: $750;

(2)Renewal fee for each licensed location: $400.
