Section 15.4.5.25 - EMPLOYEE TERMINATION; SURRENDER AND CANCELLATION STAFF PERMITA. A permittee who is not employed by at least one licensee shall surrender their staff permit badge to the board within 10 days.B. Licensee shall notify the board, in writing, of a permittee termination within three days.C. A staff permit expires if the permittee is not employed in a permitted position for a period greater than 90 days.D.
