Section 15.4.5.13 - PATRON COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTESA. Unresolved patron complaints shall be reported to the board's enforcement division by telephone and in writing on a form prescribed by the board within 72 hours.B. In the event an unresolved dispute arises with a patron concerning payment of alleged winnings, the licensee shall provide the patron with a patron dispute form at the time of the dispute, and the licensee and patron shall each complete a separate patron dispute form immediately. Within 72 hours of the dispute, the licensee and patron shall separately submit a copy of the patron dispute form to the enforcement division. The form may be submitted by facsimile, electronic mail, or U.S. mail.N.M. Admin. Code § 15.4.5.13
