The board is authorized to adopt regulations pursuant to the Gaming Control Act, Sections 60-2E-1 through 60-2E-61 NMSA 1978. From time to time as the board deems necessary, the board will adopt, amend and repeal such regulations, consistent with the policy, objectives, and purposes of the Gaming Control Act.
