Section 13.4.5.12 - EXAMINATION OF APPLICANTSA. Examinations for insurance administrator licenses shall be arranged through the agents licensing division of the new mexico department of insurance and conducted according to the provisions of Section 59A-11-6 NMSA 1978 as amended.B. Individual applicants, corporate officers, managers and employees who will exercise license powers and general partners and partnership employees who will exercise license powers shall be required to complete and successfully pass a written examination as herein provided.N.M.
