Section 13.4.3.7 - [Effective until 4/1/2025] DEFINITIONS

For the purpose of this rule:

A."Nonresident agent" has the meaning given in Section 59A-12-2 NMSA 1978.

B."Nonresident broker" has the meaning given in Section 59A-12-3 NMSA 1978.
