Section 13.10.10.7 - DEFINITIONS

In addition to the definitions in Section 59A-54-3 NMSA 1978, as used in this rule:

A. Act means the Medical Insurance Pool Act, Chapter 59A, Article 54 NMSA 1978.

B. plan or plan of operation means this rule.
