The LRD may issue a subpoena compelling any witness, including but not limited to the employer and the wage claimant, to appear for the taking of a deposition and for the production of any documents relevant to the claim at the time of the deposition, or to appear for any hearing and for the production of any documents relevant to the claim at the time of the hearing.
