A hospital shall convene a public meeting pursuant to 26:2H-12.50 within 60 days of its submission to the Department of its annual audited financial statements, and, if applicable, its annual audited statement of operations or income with respect to system hospitals, pursuant to 8:96-2.1, and shall make available copies thereof, in sufficient quantities, to attendees at that meeting.
