Section 8:8-8.8 - Labeling(a) Labeling shall be consistent with the most recent Code of Federal Regulations.(b) Blood and blood components shall be labelled to include conspicuous notation of incomplete testing and when applicable positive or abnormal test results.(c) Untested autologous blood collected from a donor/recipient, who has been tested in the last 30 days, shall not be labeled according to standards for uniform labeling of allogeneic blood. It shall be labeled as follows: 1. With a statement that the blood was collected from a donor known to be tested for FDA-required tests; and2. The date that the donor recipient was tested.N.J. Admin.
