Section 8:59-5.9 - Trade secret registry number
(a) An employer who files a trade secret claim pursuant to N.J.A.C. 8:59-3 shall affix or stencil the trade secret registry number onto each container containing a substance for which the trade secret claim was made, in accordance with the deadlines set forth in 8:59-5.1.
(b) An employer shall replace the trade secret registry number on the container with the chemical name or common name permitted by 8:59-5.7, and the CAS number, pursuant to 8:59-3, within 10 days of notification by the Department that a trade secret claim has been denied and after all appeals have been exhausted.
