Section 8:59-2.3 - Additional information requested by local agencies(a) Any county health department, county clerk, or designated county lead agency, local police department, or local fire department may request from a public employer submitting a Right to Know survey to it further information concerning the survey, except for information claimed as trade secret on the survey form, and the public employer shall provide the additional information upon the request therefore. The public employer shall provide a response within 30 days.(b) The public employer may require the county health department, county clerk, or designated county lead agency; local police department; or local fire department to sign an agreement protecting the confidentiality of any additional information provided pursuant to (a) above.N.J.
