Section 8:57-3.18 - Acceptance of NJIIS record as evidence of immunization

Child care centers, schools, colleges, and universities in New Jersey shall accept an NJIIS immunization record, as an adequate form of required immunization documentation used to determine admission of a registrant to any of those institutions.
