Section 8:51-2.5 - Home visits(a) Each public health nurse completing case management shall conduct an initial home visit according to the following schedule upon notification by the Department about a child with blood lead at or above the blood lead reference value: | Time Frame For Initial |

20 to 44 venous sample | Within one week |
45 to 69 venous sample | Within 48 hours |
>= 70 venous sample | Within 24 hours |
(b) When a child under active case management moves from the jurisdiction of one local board of health to another, the public health nurse in the new jurisdiction shall conduct a home visit according to the same schedule established for initial home visits in (a) above.N.J. Admin. Code § 8:51-2.5
