Section 8:43G-30.3 - General provisions; inpatient renal dialysis services

Hospitals providing inpatient renal dialysis services shall comply with both the rules of this subchapter and with the rules at N.J.A.C. 8:43A-24, with the exception of N.J.A.C. 8:43A-24.7, 24.13 and 24.15.
