Section 8:43G-12A.8 - Penalties

(a) If the Department determines that an emergency health care facility has violated any provision of the Act, the Department may assess the penalty established at 8:43E-3.4(a)16.

1. All penalties assessed pursuant to (a) above shall be allocated on a quarterly basis to the Division on Women for supplemental funding for designated rape crisis centers.
