Section 8:43E-14.1 - Purpose

This subchapter implements the Human Trafficking Prevention, Protection, and Treatment Act, P.L. 2013, c. 51 (approved May 6, 2013), particularly § 19, codified at N.J.S.A. 2C:13-12.
