Section 8:43E-11.15 - Enforcement and penalties

A covered facility licensed pursuant to 26:2H-1 et seq. that is in violation of the provisions of this subchapter shall be subject to enforcement actions and penalties specified in N.J.A.C. 8:43E-3.
