Section 8:42-6.6 - Declaration of death

An agency shall establish policies and procedures for the declaration of death of patients in accordance with the New Jersey Declaration of Death Act, N.J.S.A. 26:6A-1 et seq., and the rules promulgated pursuant thereto at N.J.A.C. 13:35-6A.
