Section 8:42-3.8 - Reportable events

(a) The agency shall notify the Department immediately by telephone at (800) 792-9770 or by email at CNLapps@doh.nj.gov, followed within 72 hours by written confirmation, of the termination of employment of the administrator and/or the director of nursing, and the name and qualifications of the administrator's or nursing director's replacement.

(b) The written notification, as required pursuant to (a) above, shall be forwarded by the agency to the Department.

(c) The agency shall provide statistical data as required by the Department.
