Section 8:40-1.1 - Authority

These rules are promulgated pursuant to 26:2H-1 et seq. and 30:4D-6.4 and 6.6, which authorize the Commissioner to adopt rules pertaining to the operation of services providing, or seeking to provide, mobility assistance or basic life support care.
