All hospital-based subacute care units shall comply with the rules in this subchapter, all other pertinent rules in this chapter, the provisions at N.J.S.A. 26:2H-7.4 et seq., and Federal Medicare requirements at P.L. 89-97 (42 U.S.C. §§ 1395 et seq.).
