(a) The Board has the right of inquiry into the operations of a facility and the right to review statements of deficiencies and penalties issued by the Department in accordance with this chapter and pursuant to 30:11-21.(b) The Board shall have the power to require an administrator, owner, employee or anyone having knowledge pertaining to a matter before the Board to provide information to the Board or to appear before the Board and pursuant to 30:11-21(b), (d), (e) and (f).(c) A nursing home administrator whose license is suspended and/or revoked as a result of a disciplinary matter pursuant to 30:11-16, 17 or 18, 26:2H-28, and/or this chapter, and who has been afforded all rights of due process, is ineligible for appointment or retention in any administrative, managerial, supervisory or similar position at a nursing home.N.J.
