Section 8:34-6.1 - Granting of license

(a) The Board shall authorize the issuance of a nursing home administrator license to an individual who has complied with the provisions of this chapter.

(b) A license issued pursuant to this chapter shall be effective for a period of no more than three years.

(c) A license shall not be transferable or assignable.
