Section 8:21-3.7 - Animal repellants(a) The list of animal repellants which are non-injurious to canines or other animals and which immobilize only temporarily and produce only temporary physical discomfort covered by the exemptions pursuant to the provisions of 2C:39-6(h) shall include, but not be limited to, the following trade products: (b) The following list of active and inactive ingredients can be used in animal repellants that are non-injurious to canines or other animals and immobilize only temporarily and produce only temporary physical discomfort covered by the exemptions pursuant to the provisions of 2C:39-6(h). (c) The Department shall add to or delete from the above list those active and inactive ingredients and products to be consistent with the provisions of the Act.N.J. Admin. Code § 8:21-3.7
