Section 8:20-2.1 - Purpose and scope

This subchapter is intended to implement the requirements of P.L. 2007, c. 170 (26:2-185 et seq.) by providing for the reporting of diagnoses of autism and for the creation and maintenance of an up-to-date Autism Registry of all reported cases of autism that occur in New Jersey for use in conducting thorough and complete epidemiologic surveys of autism.
