Section 8:111-25.3 - Dining rooms(a) Facilities shall have a dining room or rooms equipped to seat at least half of its clients at one time, with 15 square feet allotted for each client.(b) Facilities may use the dining room(s) for client recreation activities other than during service times, but the dining room shall not be a part of any other room in the facility.N.J.
