1. The Minimum Level (ML) for each analyte is defined as the level at which the entire analytical system must give a recognizable signal and acceptable calibration point. It is equivalent to the concentration of the lowest calibration standard, assuming that all method-specified sample weights, volumes, and cleanup procedures have been employed.2. The retention time reference for 1,2 3,7,8,9-HxCDD is <13>C##1,2,3,6,7,8-HxCDD, and 1,2,3,7,8,9-HxCDD is quantified using the averaged responses for <13>C##1,2,3,4,7,8-HxCDD and <13>C## 1,2,3,6,7,8-HxCDD.
