Section 7:5-1.1 - Scope and authority

This chapter constitutes the rules of the Division of Fish and Wildlife in the Department of Environmental Protection for the Conserve Wildlife Matching Grant Program for nonprofit organizations in accordance with 39:3-33.1 1 et seq. The Conserve Wildlife Matching Grant Program shall be administered through the Endangered and Nongame Species Program within the Division of Fish and Wildlife.
