Section 7:45-5.3 - Conditions that apply to all general permit authorizations(a) A person undertaking a project under a general permit authorization shall comply with: 1. The standard conditions for all general permits set forth at (b) below;2. The conditions established for the specific general permit set forth at N.J.A.C. 7:45-6; and3. Any project-specific conditions imposed in accordance with (c) below.(b) The following standard conditions apply to all general permits: 1. The project shall not adversely affect properties that are listed or are eligible for listing on the New Jersey or National Register of Historic Places;2. The project will not violate the Freshwater Wetlands Protection Act, N.J.S.A. 13:9B-1 et seq., or the implementing rules at N.J.A.C. 7:7A; and3. The project will not violate the Flood Hazard Area Control Act, N.J.S.A. 58:16A-50 et seq., or implementing rules at N.J.A.C. 7:13.(c) The Executive Director of the Commission may impose project-specific conditions in order for a particular project to be authorized under a general permit.
