Section 7:28-20.5 - Use of particle accelerators on humans(a) A registrant shall not use a particle accelerator or cause it to be used for the intentional irradiation of humans without first sending to the Department a written request stating the registrant's reasons for this use of the particle accelerator and the manner in which it will be used, and obtaining written approval from the Department.(b) A registrant shall not use a particle accelerator or cause it to be used for the intentional irradiation of humans unless the equipment meets the requirements of this subchapter and N.J.A.C. 7:28-14.N.J.
