Section 7:28-18.3 - Operation

(a) The owner of an existing major nuclear facility shall submit the information required in 7:28-18.2(c) (Facility description and required monitoring program) within one month of March 1, 1969, if he has not already done the effective equivalent of this.

(b) Operation of a major nuclear facility and its monitoring program shall be consistent with all provisions of this Chapter.
