Section 7:27C-4.2 - Department action on compliance certifications
(a) The Department may review and conduct independent audits of any compliance certification or any other submission under this chapter and make appropriate adjustments of the information in the compliance certification or other submission.
(b) The Department may deduct CO[2] allowances from, or transfer CO[2] allowances to, a CObudget source's compliance account, as appropriate, based on the information in the compliance certification or other submission, as adjusted under (a) above.
