Section 7:27C-3.2 - Submission of an application for a new, renewed, or modified operating permit incorporating CO[2] Budget Trading Program requirements

For any CO[2] Budget source, the CO[2] authorized account representative shall submit a complete application under N.J.A.C. 7:27-22.28, and in conformance with the requirements of this chapter, to incorporate the CO[2] Budget trading program requirements covering such CO[2] Budget source.
