Section 7:27C-1.1 - Purpose

This chapter establishes the New Jersey component of the CO[2] Budget Trading Program, which is designed to reduce anthropogenic emissions of CO[2], a greenhouse gas, from CO[2] budget sources in an economically efficient manner.
