Section 7:27-5.2 - General provisions(a) Notwithstanding compliance with other subchapters of this chapter, no person shall cause, suffer, allow or permit to be emitted into the outdoor atmosphere substances in quantities which shall result in air pollution as defined herein.(b) The provisions of subsection (a) of this section shall not apply to the use of economic poisons.N.J.
