Section 7:26I-8.4 - Procedures for denying a request for an adjudicatory hearing(a) The Board shall deny the hearing request if the petitioner does not: 1. Submit a request within 35 days after receipt of notification of the Board's action; or2. Comply with the requirements for requesting a hearing at N.J.A.C. 7:26I-8.3.N.J. Admin. Code § 7:26I-8.4
