Section 7:26H-8.1 - Purpose

The purpose of this subchapter is to establish requirements for privately-owned sanitary landfill facilities in accordance with the Commercial Landfill Regulatory Reform Act, 48:13A-7.2 4 et seq., and the amendments to the General Public Utilities Statute at 48:3-7 and 9.
