If the Department orders a solid waste collector to pay a refund pursuant to 48:13A-7.2 0, the solid waste collector shall pay said refund, plus simple interest at a rate equal to 400 basis points over the short-term applicable Federal Rate established by the Internal Revenue Service under 26 U.S.C. § 1274, in effect on the date of the order. Interest will be calculated from the date of receipt of notice as described at 7:26H-5.11(b) 1.
