Section 7:26C-10.7 - Reporting requirements(a) The community group shall submit the following reports to the Department for the duration of the technical assistance grant: 1. Annual progress reports which include the following information: i. Invoices associated with the services provided by the licensed site remediation professional;iii. A list of technical assistance grant project milestones;iv. A description of the community group's progress towards completing its technical assistance grant project;v. A description of any problems the community group encountered that prevented progress toward completing the technical assistance grant project; andvi. Annual financial status reports;2. An electronic copy of each final written product the licensed site remediation professional prepares for the group within 30 days after the community group's receipt of the document;3. A final report, submitted to the Department within 180 days after the date of termination of the technical assistance grant, which shall include: i. A description of project goals and objectives;ii. Activities undertaken to achieve goals and objectives;iii. Difficulties encountered;iv. Successes achieved; andv. Technical advisor's work products; and4. A final financial report, submitted to the Department 180 days after the date of the termination of the technical assistance grant, which shall include a detailed description of all funds spent.N.J.
