Section 7:26C-10.1 - Scope

(a) This subchapter contains provisions that:

1. Establish the eligibility requirements for technical assistance grants, at 7:26C-10.3;

2. Establish the pre-application requirements for a technical assistance grant, at 7:26C-10.4;

3. Establish the application requirements for a technical assistance grant, at 7:26C-10.5;

4. Establish the eligible technical assistance grant activities, at 7:26C-10.6; and

5. Establish the reporting requirements for a community group receiving a technical assistance grant, at 7:26C-10.7.
