Section 7:26-17.18 - Notice to claimants of disclosure of confidential information

(a) Promptly after the Department discloses confidential information pursuant to 7:26-17.15, 17.16 or 17.17, the Department shall notify any claimant from whom the Department has obtained confidential information of the disclosure. Such notice shall be in writing, and shall contain all contain the following information:

1. The date on which disclosure was made;

2. The name of the agency or other person to which the Department disclosed the confidential information; and

3. A description of the confidential information disclosed.
