Section 7:25-5.33 - Pheasants and quail stamp designated areas(a) A person, attempting to hunt for, pursue, kill, take or attempt to take with a firearm or bow and arrow, or possess any pheasant or quail on any Division-stocked Wildlife Management Area or Federal property must be in possession of a valid "pheasant and quail" stamp. 1. No person shall at any time hunt for, pursue, kill, take or attempt to take with a firearm or bow and arrow, or have in possession any pheasant or quail in the following designated wildlife management areas unless such person has first procured and has in possession a valid special "pheasant and quail" stamp.2. 3. Any person subject to this section, while engaged in hunting for small game with firearms on Wildlife Management Areas enumerated in this section, shall wear a cap of fluorescent hunter's orange meeting the specifications set forth in N.J.S.A. 23:4-13.1.4.
